We all face the same question: what do we do with our strength, our wounds, our desires, and the gifts God has placed in us? Too many men keep their struggles locked inside. Others chase achievement, hoping success will fill the emptiness. But there’s a greater way—a call to rise up, to step into God’s vision, and to turn our pain and our longings into purpose.
That’s why we’ve created the NEXTGENMEN 2025 SUMMIT—a space designed for men to come alive to their calling. Our vision is to shape men’s hearts to stand against the passivity of our times—without caving into shallow stereotypes or cultural extremes.
This is your invitation to rally together, ignite your spirit, and step boldly into the life God has designed for you.
This retreat is built as a powerful, immersive experience—crafted to help you uncover the meaning of your story, transform past pain into purpose, recognize the unique gifts within you, gain clarity in your vision, and step fully into your calling.
But you won’t be walking this path alone. You’ll be joined by a brotherhood of men who are serious about growth—men who will listen with intention, challenge you when needed, and encourage you with strength and conviction.
We believe God has entrusted every man with influence and responsibility, calling us to use our strength in service to others. True transformation happens as we are shaped into the likeness of Jesus—bringing His passion, compassion, courage, joy, and hope into the world.
This is a no-phone, no-distraction retreat. From the very first day, devices are set aside, creating sacred space for God to do His deepest work.
We know some will shrug at the idea of such a gathering. Others may call it unnecessary. But we believe the world is in desperate need of men formed in the way of Jesus—and spaces like this are where breakthroughs begin.
SCHEDULED SPEAKERS
Keynote Speaker: Rich Garza, Evangelist - Outreach Leader, Field Evangelist for “Soldiers for Faith”.
As a professional football player, Rich played for the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), Denver Broncos (NFL), Philadelphia Stars (USFL), and San Antonio Gunslingers (USFL). Rich surrendered his life to Christ in his third year of professional football. In his off-season, he began speaking about Christ in schools, church youth groups, and prisons. He retired from professional football to work full-time for Sports World Ministries. For the past fifteen years, he has served as co-chaplain for the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA and is currently a field evangelist for Soldiers of Faith. He has been married to his wife, Jan, for 26 years. They have four children: Kelly, Rich, David, and Daniel.

Activities: Basketball, Archery, Swimming (Olympic Pool), Zip Line (professionally supervised), Board Games, Cards, Swimming, Riflery (air), (professionally supervised), Competitive Team Games.

Thursday, November 6: Arrive at Twin Oaks between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Casual BBQ, campfire upon arrival. Praise and Worship, Teaching.
