PASTOR ROLANDO LAROSA
Legacy Summit Teacher
Pastor Rolando LaRosa is the senior pastor of City of Refuge Church Ministry in San Antonio, Texas, where he has faithfully served for over 32 years. Alongside his wife, Daphne, they have built a Christ-centered legacy of leadership, raising eight children and enjoying the blessing of six grandchildren.
Ordained as a Pastor Elder in 2013, Pastor Rolando carries a strong prophetic and pastoral anointing. His ministry is marked by a passion to restore the brokenhearted, equip leaders, and empower the Body of Christ to walk in truth, healing, and purpose. He ministers across the United States and South America, leading prophetic gatherings and leadership trainings that focus on hearing God’s voice and advancing God’s Kingdom.
Known for his unwavering commitment to the local church, Pastor Rolando’s life and ministry reflect a deep love for the people of God and a relentless pursuit of transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Tony Massiah
Legacy Summit Teacher
Pastor Anthony “Tony” Massiah is a Preaching and Teaching Elder at City of Refuge Christian Fellowship in San Antonio. He and his wife, Joann, joined City of Refuge in 2006, where they have served in intercessory prayer, healing, and deliverance ministry. Tony was ordained as an elder in 2013.
Before retiring in 2007, Tony served 26 years in the United States Air Force. He sees those years of service as part of how God prepared him for ministry. His heart is to see people healed, delivered, and functioning as God intended them to as they carry out the work of His Kingdom.
Ray Walter
Legacy Summit Teacher
Ray Walter is a husband, father, businessman, and ministry leader with a passion for men’s ministry, discipleship, healing, and deliverance. His heart is to see men grow in their walk with Christ, experience greater freedom, and become who God has called them to be.
Ray has been part of Legacy Summit from the very beginning, serving as a teacher at our first Summit and returned as a participant in 2025. Professionally, Ray is the founder and CEO of Capstone Capital Partners.
At Legacy Summit 2026, Ray returns once again to pour into the men through biblical truth, life experience, and a genuine heart for discipleship.
Jonathon Serenil
Legacy Summit Teacher
Jonathon Serenil is the founder of UniteSA, a network committed to connecting and mobilizing the Body of Christ throughout San Antonio. A husband, father of eight, and Kingdom entrepreneur, Jonathon has a heart for seeing believers walk together in unity and live out their faith beyond the walls of the church.
Jonathon was part of the teaching team at Legacy Summit 2025, pouring into the men through the Word and what God had placed on his heart. He returns for Legacy Summit 2026 with that same heart...ready to serve, encourage, and challenge the men as we gather around this year's theme.
Pastor Ron Wilson
Pastor & Summit Host
Ron Wilson is a husband, father, pastor, and servant leader with a genuine heart for people and discipleship. He previously served in youth ministry at Celebration Community Church and currently serves at Southwest Christian Church in Austin. Ron also spent five years serving with the Bastrop Christian Ministerial Alliance, including four years as Vice President.
At Legacy Summit 2026, Ron will serve as our MC, bringing his warmth, heart for ministry, and love for bringing people together to the weekend.
Pastor Mashaun Hirschler
Parakleet | Group Leader Support & Oversight
Mashaun L. Hirschler is a husband, father of four sons, pastor, author, certified Peer Support Specialist Supervisor, and Founder/CEO of T.H.U.G.G.I.N. For Christ. His life is a powerful story of transformation, having overcome homelessness, incarceration, addiction, and adversity to become a servant leader dedicated to helping others find hope, healing, and purpose.
With a heart for people and a passion for strengthening individuals, families, and communities, Mashaun uses his lived experience, faith, and leadership to encourage others to take accountability, overcome barriers, and become who God has called them to be. Whether through ministry, mentorship, peer support, or community leadership, his mission remains the same: to meet people where they are and help them move toward a better future.
At Legacy Summit 2026, Shaun will serve as our Parakleet, coming alongside our Group Leaders through prayer, encouragement, and support, while also sharing with and encouraging the men throughout the weekend.
Henry Conner
Legacy Summit Worship Leader
Henry Conner is a longtime Bastrop resident, husband, Realtor, and worshipper with a heart for serving people. At Legacy Summit 2026, Henry will lead us in worship throughout the weekend, helping keep our hearts centered on Christ as we gather, learn, and seek the Lord together.

We’ve prayerfully prepared for our time together, but we also want to leave room for the Lord to lead. Speaker bios, teaching times, and the Summit schedule may change as plans develop and as the Lord directs.
